Seven-day refund policy
Request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by emailing purchases@vaclaimbuster.com with your order number. Before submitting an approved refund, we revoke your SCIF license and confirm the revocation is saved and backed up. Refunded licenses cannot be reactivated. After 7 days, purchases are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.
Delivery and support
After confirmed payment, your purchase email includes an activation code, installer download link and detailed PDF user manual. Contact purchase support if you need help; do not pay again while an existing payment is being checked.
